Building Surveying
Building Surveying is a core service at Fox~Robinson, built upon years of experience by its Directors and staff.

The work of a Building Surveyor is varied, and may include analysis of building defects and advising on remedial measures, developing planned maintenance programmes, undertaking feasibility studies for alterations or new-build schemes, or party wall surveying.
Our team advises clients on a wide range of building issues ranging from those affecting individual domestic properties to the management of large-scale commercial property portfolios.
When building alterations or new-build works are required the team are experienced in design preparation and are proficient in the use of the latest computer software, including NBS (National Building Specification) and CAD (Computer Aided Design).
Fox~Robinson are able to provide a comprehensive service, if required, throughout any of the following stages of a project:-
- Inception
- Feasibility study
- Design development
- Planning Approval and Building Regulation
- Procurement of contractors / others as required
- Administration of the CDM Regulations
- Supervision of the works
- Management of the costs
- Final inspection and certification of the works, and agreeing final costs
- End of Defects Liability Period inspections, and signing-off of the project
